TruePani is a leading water services company dedicated to helping communities ensure safe and reliable water delivery. We are seeking a motivated Seasonal Field Technician to assist with water system inspections across Arizona. This is a one-year contract position (with potential to be renewed/extended) ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, travel, and making a tangible impact on public health.
Position: Seasonal Field Technician – Contract
Location: Statewide, Arizona (travel required).
Travel out of state to perform similar work on occasion.
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
• Travel to multiple water systems across Arizona to perform field inspections.
• Hand dig around water meter boxes to visually inspect water service lines.
• Document findings accurately and report any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional presence at all sites.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. •
Collecting water samples may be needed on occasion.
Travel out of state to perform similar work may be needed on occasion for no more than five nights at a time.
Qualifications:
• Comfortable with physical labor, including digging and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the state.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Experience in water systems, utilities, or construction is a plus, but not required.
