Material Handler II (2nd Shift)
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Material Handler II for fabrication in Hodges, SC.
The rate for this position is $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You'll Do:
The Material Handler will be responsible for material movement within the facility with focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. This role will be responsible for material handling for the Low Voltage Assemblies. They will work with a team and flex in all areas of the warehouse and logistics department as needed.
- Operate forklifts to safely move, stack, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition.
- Verify delivery accuracy, inspect materials for damage, and safely dispose of scrap materials (excluding metals) according to established procedures.
- Accurately complete inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material movements using the MRP system in a timely manner.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, method sheets, WSRA requirements, and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment (5S+).
- Communicate effectively using radios and other tools to coordinate tasks, prioritize workload, and collaborate with team members.
- Demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing work through strong relationships and process focus.
- Perform physical job requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs and pushing or pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. • Authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship • 6 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment • 6 months of experience operating a PIT (Powered Industrial Truck)
