As a Weather Damage Expert, you'll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. No roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a proven system for success. What You'll Do:
- Generate leads through neighborhood outreach
- Inspect roofs for storm damage and explain findings to homeowners (training provided)
- Guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process
- Provide estimates and secure agreements for roofing services
- Collaborate with your team and attend weekly sales meetings
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided)
- Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
