Are you an experienced Contract Management professional with a strong background in EPC, Power Generation, or Substation projects? This is your opportunity to join a major energy infrastructure project supporting large-scale power operations in Homer City, PA.
?? Position: Site Contract Manager
?? Location: Homer City, Pennsylvania
?? Start Date: August 4, 2026
?? Duration: Approximately 3 Years
?? Schedule: 40 hrs/week minimum (Mon–Fri) with strong potential for overtime (60–72 hrs/week based on project needs)
?? Lodging Provided + $68/day M&IE Per Diem
?? Key Responsibilities:
? Lead all on-site commercial and contractual coordination activities
? Manage subcontractor claims, change orders, notices, and risk mitigation efforts
? Support project leadership with contractual interpretation and schedule impact analysis
? Track delays, damages, milestone variances, and cost recovery opportunities
? Maintain event logs, claims registers, payment certifications, and contractual documentation
? Attend and document daily/weekly/monthly project meetings
? Support insurance claims, vendor recovery efforts, and subcontractor back-charge processes
? Coordinate with Site Management, Project Management, and Contract Management teams to protect project interests
?? What We're Looking For:
?? 10+ years of relevant experience in Contract Management
?? EPC, Turnkey Power, Gas Power Plant, or Substation project experience strongly preferred
?? Strong background in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract negotiations
?? Knowledge of commercial/contract law and project risk management
?? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
?? Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
