We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a regulated environment. This role involves executing manufacturing processes, supporting documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure quality and efficiency.
Location: New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite)
Pay: Up to $25/hr
Shift: Night Shift - Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (4x10 schedule)
Overtime: Some Fridays required (~2x/month on average)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing processes in accordance with SOPs and batch records
- Review and support manufacturing documentation and procedures
- Train and support manufacturing associates on processes and best practices
- Draft and revise technical documents (SOPs, reports, validations, etc.)
- Audit production records and support quality investigations
- Assist with CAPA, deviations, and process improvements
- Analyze process data (SPC, CPV) to monitor performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Support process validation, change controls, and new product introduction
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED + 1+ year of work experience OR Associate's Degree
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in an FDA-regulated environment (pharma/biotech) is a plus
