Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
Perform restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to provide excellent patient care
Help maintain a positive and supportive office culture
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
Desire to continue learning and growing clinically
Pay & Compensation
$250,000–$300,000+ per year
