Job Description:Compensation: $22 -$24 per hourThe Cold Chain Clerk is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and distribution of customer temperature-sensitive finished goods. This position ensures temperature control and compliance standards are maintained while performing receipts, storage, and filling orders.Core Responsibilities & Duties: Validate and receive product from the supplier into inventoryStock product according to temperature requirementPerform daily inventory cycle countsEnsure storage locations and conditions are compliantPick, pack, and ship product in accordance with IATA compliance standards with appropriate insulation materials to maintain temperature integrity during transportComplete various customer requests, reporting any issues to managementProvide professional and timely responsesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentOther duties as assigned Job Requirements & Qualifications: Willingness to obtain IATA CertificationHigh school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work in warehouse and cold storage environmentWarehousing experience preferredExcellent customer service skills with focus on performance recognition Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic math and computer skillsMust be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers Required to wear steel toe shoes What We Offer: Competitive base salary Two weeks of paid time off within the first year of employment, sick time and holidays Company provided life insurance Health, vision, and dental insurance options Commuter benefit plan Optional supplemental life insurance 401(k) Wellness program A great place to work with a terrific culture #LI-TK1
