The Client Service Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to Strong Financial Network clients. Working under general supervision, this position serves as the primary point of contact for all in-person visitors and incoming callers, including clients, prospective clients, vendors, and other guests. The Client Service Associate ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities and supports the firm's commitment to a professional, organized, and client-focused environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to firm policies and procedures is required.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
- High level of reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot between responsibilities throughout the day while ensuring completion of open tasks.
- Interest in developing a long-term career within the financial services industry, including a commitment to ongoing training and skill development.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Willingness to pursue and obtain the Series 6 Securities License and California Life/Health Insurance License and Notary Public commission, if not already held.
