Intellivation is seeking a for top-notch individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to join our machining department.
The ideal candidates will be graduates from a machining technology program with at least 2 years of machining experience. We are looking for reliable, precision and detail-oriented individuals that are willing to support our mission for excellence.

Schedule
We are hiring for our afternoon shift, from 11AM - 7:30 PM. Monday thru Friday, with occasional Saturdays as well.
Typical Tasks
- Setup and operate Haas 3 axis CNC mills and Haas CNC lathes with live tooling and Y axis.
- Adjust Feeds, Speeds, and offsets to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts.
- Setup and operate manual Mills and Lathes.
- Precision machining of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, ceramics, plastics, and other materials, per prints.
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Inspection of completed parts.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
