Your Role: As a Production Operator, you'll play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. You will manufacture medical products/components using manual and/or Laser/CNC/NC machine tools such as mill, lathe, grinder or EDM, applying industry standard machine tool techniques to ensure customer product requirements and Tegra Medical requirements are met. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods.
- Follow safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
