We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Production Planning Planner II to support manufacturing and supply chain operations in a fast-paced production environment.
?? Key Responsibilities:
• Support production planning and scheduling activities
• Manage inventory, material requirements, and supply chain processes
• Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business analysis for continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service teams
• Support ERP/MES systems and supply chain process improvement projects
• Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives
?? Required Qualifications:
? High School Diploma
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
? Experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory control, supply chain, or related operations
?? Preferred Qualifications:
? 2–5 years of Supply Chain experience
? SAP and ERP system experience
? MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience
? APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) or Supply Chain degree
? Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
? Power BI reporting and dashboard experience
