Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Handle both strategic and tactical work, working with a team of 5 others
· Assist with the automation of internal systems
· Conduct new hire onboarding and exit interview procedures
· Coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization's, training, organizational development, and employee relations programs
· Responsible for employee relations
· Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers, sick leave, etc.
Requirements:
· 7+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience, both strategic and tactical, in a corporate setting
· BA required
· Experience in legal, or professional services is a must.
Based on experience, the salary range is $130-170k.
