Laborer Position
Southwest Construction is looking for experienced laborers to join the team! Job duties include:
- Loading concrete on the truck for each job
- Following all safety guidelines at all times
- Installing each job using company approved methods
- Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Loader Operator Certification preferred but not required. In house certification.
- 1-3 years Loader Operator experience
- A mechanical aptitude
- Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customers' demands
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Working under all weather conditions
- Valid TX driver license is a plus
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen
