Position Overview
Evermark is seeking a Demand Planner who will play a critical role within the Planning Operations team, focusing on demand analytics and forecasting to support the business and ensure operational efficiency. This position is responsible for analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer inputs to generate accurate demand forecasts. The Demand Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance—to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in demand planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Analytics & Forecasting
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand patterns and inform forecasting models.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for product lines (at SKU/customer level), ensuring alignment with shipment trends
- Utilize demand planning analytical tools (KNX/Excel/PBI) to improve forecast accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and PPT on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and service metric
- Process Improvement
- Support the implementation and optimization of demand planning processes and tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to projects aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy in demand planning.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather input and feedback for forecast generation
- Participate in monthly Demand Review meetings, providing analytical insights and supporting demand planning discussions.
- Assist in integrating demand forecasts into financial and supply chain planning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics (consumer products or personal care industry preferred).
- Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., Kinaxis or similar) and advanced Excel/data analytics skills.
- Strong skills in Excel (advanced), including data analysis and reporting tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with new product launches, transitions, and end-to-end supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- APICS certification or equivalent is a plus.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
