Temporary Furniture Assembler (1-Day Project) Location: Eau Claire, WI Date: May 29, 2026 Hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (3 hours) Job Type: Temporary (1-Day Assignment) Job Description We are seeking dependable individuals to assist with the assembly and staging of patio furniture and outdoor products for a Menards Buyers product review setup. This is a short-term, fast-paced role ideal for someone comfortable using tools and working hands-on with furniture assembly. Responsibilities
- Assemble patio furniture such as lawn chairs, fire pits, and other outdoor items
- Use hand tools and power tools as needed
- Follow work instructions and customer orders accurately
- Perform quality inspections to ensure proper assembly
- Label and organize products for staging
- Pack completed items for shipment
- Load and unload products from warehouse/storage areas
- Set up and take down staging displays
Qualifications
- Experience with furniture assembly or similar work preferred
- Ability to safely lift 30-50 lbs
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions
