A leading multifamily developer/builder is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support a $100M ground-up project in Allston, MA. Description The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer will be responsible for Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on a $100M ground-up multifamily project Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure project milestones are met Monitor safety protocols and enforce OSHA compliance on site Support quality control efforts and ensure adherence to project specifications Track progress and maintain documentation using Procore and related systems Conduct site walks, identify potential issues, and help drive solutions Communicate effectively with project teams, including PMs and field staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
