Pay & benefits
- Pay: $23-$25/hour

Primary responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule service technicians across Mr. Rooter and Mr. Electric fleets (20+ technicians).
- Triage and prioritize incoming service requests, emergency calls, and same-day work.
- Assign jobs considering skill set, location, and ETA; optimize routing for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records, dispatch logs, and CRM entries.
- Communicate status updates to technicians and customers by phone, SMS, and app.
- Coordinate with operations management on staffing, coverage gaps, and routing issues.
- Deliver professional, timely customer service and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years dispatch experience; 2+ years in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar) preferred.
- ServiceTitan (CRM) experience preferred.
- Proficient with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to following SOPs.
Preferred attributes
- Experience dispatching 15-30+ techs.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
