A Recruiter identifies, attracts, and hires top talent to meet our healthcare company staffing needs. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and negotiating job offers. They ensure a positive candidate experience and often handle onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a diverse, qualified pipeline.
- Screening Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Hiring Process Management Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience.
- Closing & Offers Extend job offers, negotiate salary/terms, and perform reference checks.
- Strategy & Partnerships Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Records Management Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
