We are growing and looking for an energetic, dependable, customer-focused Counter Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy building relationships and being part of a team where your work matters, we would like to meet you.
What You'll Do
· Assist plumbers, contractors, and walk-in customers with product selection and order fulfilment
· Process sales orders, returns, quotes, and special orders accurately
· Coordinate deliveries and communicate order updates
· Build customer relationships and provide product expertise
· Pull and stage orders to support warehouse and delivery operations
· Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
· Maintain an organized counter and showroom area
· Receive inventory and stock products accurately
· Support merchandising and inventory management efforts
· Operate point-of-sale systems and sales reporting
· Work closely with warehouse personnel, vendors, and management
What We're Looking For

· Dependable, team-oriented attitude
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer skills and order entry experience
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, wholesale distribution, or counter sales experience preferred
· Epicor Eclipse experience a plus
· Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
