Executive ASC Operations Leader

What You Will Lead
Oversight of operational performance across an assigned region Implementation and evaluation of system-wide policies, standards, and workflows Quality, patient satisfaction, access, and strategic service delivery outcomes Budget management, financial performance, and capital planning Collaboration with physician leadership to enhance engagement and alignment Innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 13+ years of progressively responsible healthcare operations leadership (REQUIRED)
- Deep expertise in physician practice operations, managed care environments, and healthcare finance
- Proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with physicians and executive teams
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Schedule & Structure
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Day shift with occasional weekend need
- Exempt leadership position

Compensation
$260K–$360K annually, DOE. Total compensation reflects experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and regional differentials, supported by a strong total rewards package. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus potential available.
