This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of client service, operations, and business development. This role is onsite 5 days in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Managers and internal teams
- Develop and maintain marketing materials (presentations, performance reports, white papers)
- Coordinate meetings, quarterly calls, and ongoing communications
- Support business development efforts, including conferences and events
- Manage data and reporting within CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests with professionalism and urgency
- Partner cross-functionally with management, accounting, legal, compliance, and leadership
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office experience
- BA Degree a must
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
