Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer

Requirements:

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline (required)
2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training content
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work overtime (up to 20% weekly) as project needs require
Ability to travel (up to 20%) to any of our North American Facilities, including Canada and Mexico.

What you may bring

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical training environments
Familiarity with additional tools such as:
Articulate Rise 360 , Camtasia or other video editing tools
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience scripting and coordinating voice-over production
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or eLearning accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience analyzing training effectiveness and learner metrics

Work Environment

On-site at our Georgetown KY PEMC building (*Current work schedule is Mon-Thurs in office, Friday remote)
