As we expand our Raleigh warehouse, we are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day order fulfillment and inventory. This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll DoOrder Picking and PackingPick customer orders accurately based on order details
Pack products neatly and securely for shipment
Verify items, quantities, and order accuracy before shipping
Label and prepare packages for carrier pickup
Help ensure orders are completed on time and with care
Warehouse SupportRestock shelves and organize inventory as needed
Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organized
Assist with receiving, sorting, and putting away inventory
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor
Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
Team SupportWork with the warehouse team to keep daily fulfillment moving smoothly
Help during busy periods with bulk orders or special projects
Jump in where needed to support basic warehouse operations
What We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Bonus ExperienceNot required, but nice to have:
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment
Experience using shipping software or barcode scanners
Familiarity with inventory organization
Background in military, tactical, or first responder communities
Location and ScheduleCompensation and Benefits$16 to $18 per hour based on experience
