We are currently seeking a Los Angeles local candidate for a Change Management Support role (Level 1–2) to support a very large-scale, complex relocation project. This role requires a hands-on practitioner who can execute across daily operations, strategic, tactical, and transactional work.
Key expectations:
- Support execution of the overall change management strategy
- Develop and deliver communications (drafting, editing, managing, distributing)
- Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement activities
- Manage day-to-day change operations (trackers, reporting, follow-ups)
- Partner closely with project workstreams
- Handle logistics for events and readiness activities
- Proactively identify risks and help implement mitigation actions
Ideal candidate profile:
- 2-5 years of change management, project management, or project support experience
- Strong execution skills — able to "roll up sleeves" and get work done
- Comfortable shifting between strategy, planning, and detailed execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in complex programs or transformations a plus
Additional requirements:
- Must be local to Los Angeles, CAterritory and available to work on-site
- Ability to start quickly is highly preferred
Compensation
$45-55/hour
