Competitive hourly pay from $28-$45/hr, based on experience

Your Role
As a CNC Machinist / Programmer, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts to exact specifications. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize setups, reduce cycle times, and maintain the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys both hands-on machining and technical programming challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code / CAM) to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part conformance
- Load, align, and indicate parts and fixtures accurately
- Perform tool selection and offset adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to improve machining processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience with programming proficiency (G-code or CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Strong understanding of CNC mill and/or lathe setup and operation
- Proven ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and hold tight tolerances
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven mindset
- Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed
