Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Department: Clinical
Reports To: Clinical Director
FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt
Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for providing clinical oversight, designing ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supervising behavior technicians. This role ensures high-quality, ethical, and individualized ABA services to children and families in alignment with BACB standards, state regulations, and organizational policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), skill assessments, and other clinical evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Collect, review, and analyze data to make data-driven clinical decisions.
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and compliance with payor requirements.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support treatment goals.
- Uphold BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code at all times.
- Participate in staff training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and other applicable federal and state privacy regulations.
Requirements Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience developing treatment plans and conducting FBAs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm
- Compensation: competitive salary; commensurate with experience.
