- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining, programming, or operator experience required
- Strong knowledge of CNC lathes, mills, and related tooling
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate repairs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines
- Machine a variety of materials, including single-piece and small-batch production
- Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure specifications are met
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and process guidelines
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common CNC issues
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a production environment
- Manage priorities to maintain workflow and production continuity
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
