Administrative Management Intern
This position provides a focus on daily support for the CEO. The Administrative Assistant must possess a mastery of office skills, demonstrate the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority. The Administrative Assistant must exhibit the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer focus.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to multitask and problem solve
Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with staff, board members, partners, vendors, and public
Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office software suite (including but not limited to Teams, Word, Excel) and other platforms such as Adobe Acrobat
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in reconciling revenue and expense reports as directed by CEO
- Assist in preparing donor and marketing contact information
- Assist in scheduling and execution of meetings and special events
- Perform general in-office duties as needed such as greeting visitors to the office, answering phone, rerouting emails
- Assist with file management & organization
