Schedule: Morning Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM Pay: Competitive hourly pay $1.00 shift differential Overtime (40+ hours) paid at time and a half Monthly bonus opportunities
Position Overview: A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. This position is responsible for operating CNC mill machines and assisting with laser cutting equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines and drills independently
- Load and unload metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and verify parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
