Description Greene Acres Nursing Home is currently searching for CNAs for all three shifts to join our team! CNA License required. JOB TYPE: Full-Time, with Benefit premiums paid at 100% by Employer for: Health, Dental & a Basic Life Insurance Policy! Pay: $14.75/hr Job Description: Performs a variety of duties for Residents. Assumes other duties as assigned by LPN Charge Nurse. CNA openings available on all three Shifts: 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am CNA Base Pay, Shift premium pay & Opportunity for Overtime: $14.75/hr -CNA base pay per hour plus $2.00/hr shift premium, if hired for 2nd shift. $14.75/hr-CNA base pay per hour plus $1.00/hr shift premium, if hired for 3rd shift. $14.75/hr-CNA base pay per hour. No shift premium, if hired for 1st shift. Attendance Incentive Pay for CNAs is $2.00/hr in addition to base pay, if employee complies with the 4 rules attached to the Incentive Pay program on a per pay-period basis. See rules below: If you're not compliant one pay-period, you may try again on the next one. 4 Rules Tied to Attendance Incentive Program: 1. Cannot have any absences during a 2 week pay-period. 2. Has to clock in on time during shift. 3. Has to clock out on time at end of shift. 4. Attend Mandatory In-service meetings every other pay-period, unless meeting is cancelled.
