What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the vital link between our customers and service technicians. Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling service appointments and preparing repair orders, estimates, and invoices
- Communicating clearly with customersface-to-face and over the phone
- Identifying and recording vehicle issues and ensuring technician follow-through
- Promoting additional vehicle services, accessories, and parts
- Gaining customer approval for work before proceeding
- Coordinating internally to meet timelines and service commitments
- Maintaining consistent communication and delivering a smooth, stress-free customer experience
