We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to play a vital role in our success by coordinating and overseeing the procedures, tasks and timing of the key aspects of our sales process and serve as an Office Manager in our West Chester branch office./ppSales Administrator Overview/ppThe Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting new sales efforts by ensuring all required processes are followed and paperwork such as contracts and credit applications are completed. The Sales Administrator collaborates with the Sales Team and various functional areas to ensure a smooth customer experience as their project goes through the contract and finance stages and onto the sold-to-construction feasibility audit and measure phase. This individual oversees the new sale until its ready to hand off to the Product Ordering Dept. Additionally, the Sales Administrator will serve as the Office Manager for our Nashville branch office, serving as the main point of contact for all visitors, deliveries, and administrative support./ppSales Administrator Duties/pulliReview and process all new contracts/liliManage the administrative process for all sales from sold status to project measure completion/liliManage and provide oversight over all sales holds and tasks requiring action and assist Sales Leadership, Mentors, and Sales Reps in resolving all post-sales issues that may cause delays./liliCreate reporting on holds and collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders, Mentors, and Sales Reps to move jobs from sold to netResolve and own Sales Admin holds and collaborate with the Finance Administrator to resolve Finance holds/liliManage appropriate reports and data to ensure company metrics are metMaintain IHR KPI metrics for sales and sales administration/liliUpdate our CRM (i360) and other appropriate systems with post-sales issues, comments, and resolutions/liliOther duties, as assigned/li/ulpOffice Management/pulliAct as a key IHR Brand Ambassador, always representing the company positively and professionally, both on the phone and in person/liliManage office entry and respond to all visitors in a timely fashion, according to target response times and security protocols/liliManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and miscellaneous inquiries in the West Chester OfficeOversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed with routine and requested reportingOversee visitors experiences and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the Nashville officeMaintain an optimal office environment by keeping the appearance of common areas neat and organized and enforcing the required office-related procedures needed to preserve consistency in this areaProvide direct administrative support to Sales Leadership.
