Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- CNA certification preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for working with elderly residents
Essential Job Functions
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care in accordance with each resident's plan of care
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
