This is an excellent opportunity for an individual thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES: Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials and goods within the warehouse. Material Handling: Frequently push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate operational records while adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Facility Navigation: Comfortably navigate the facility, including frequent use of stairs and steps. MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of dedicated Forklift experience required (manufacturing environment preferred). Skills: Basic computer literacy, solid math skills, and the ability to read, write, and comprehend technical documents in English. Work Environment & Physical Demands This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
