Laborer Position

Laborer Job Duties:
- Operate and assist with production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Load and unload materials and move heavy carts (up to 530 lbs)
- Transport completed products to the next station in the production line
- Enter finished goods into the inventory system
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday. 10:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime required
Pay:
$16.00 to $18.90 per hour (Based on shift and experience level)
Laborer Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and squatting for 12-hour shifts
- Basic computer skills to input data into inventory management systems
