- Craft individualized treatment strategies addressing both immediate goals and long-lasting communication and swallowing requirements.
- Deliver focused speech therapy sessions aimed at enhancing fluency, voice, and swallowing, tailored for each patient.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, and physicians to ensure cohesive and synchronized care plans.
- Provide education to families and patients, empowering progress beyond clinical environments.
- Participate in occasional inpatient therapy assessments to uphold continuity of care and support throughout all treatment phases.

Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
Certifications
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
