What You ll Do
- Provide urology care in a clinical and surgical setting, including both outpatient and OR procedures
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Assist with urological surgeries and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Support outreach efforts to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days/month), if needed
- Participate in system call coverage, approximately 7-10 days per month, including weekends
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
What You Need
- Wisconsin state licensure for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Urology experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and travel requirements
