- Lead the development, implementation, and management of IEPs.
- Help create inclusive, engaging learning environments where all students can succeed.
- Monitor student progress toward individualized goals and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
- Provide direct instruction and targeted interventions for middle school students with diverse learning needs.
- Deliver meaningful academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to learners receiving special education services.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
