- Assist licensed electricians with installing conduit, wiring, lighting, and control systems
- Perform underground electrical work, including trenching and pole setting
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with job site layout, measurements, and basic electrical setups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required (civil, utility, or electrical preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
- Must have a clean criminal background
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to perform manual labor
- Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
