Asset Protection Hotline Representative

Job summary: responsible for answering Asset Protection Hotline, delivering exceptional customer service, data entry with attention to detail and processing incident reports. Completes remote DVR surveys of store locations to address safety and security concerns. Department is 24/7. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Training will occur on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
Job responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service while answering AP Hotline calls
- Takes action to record incident details in a professional, time-sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company and Security Alarm Center policies and procedures
- Process and communicate details as they pertain to incidents occurring at store locations
- Perform live store tours (LST) utilizing store's DVR systems remotely
- Multi-task in a dynamic work environment
- Data entry, general word processing and administrative activities
- Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management
- Meets or exceeds key performance indicators of the role
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays; understands the staffing expectations of working in a 24/7/365 environment; must be flexible within hours of operation and willing to work overtime
- Provide assistance & support to Operations and Maintenance personnel
Education: High School/GED

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business
