Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Embroidery Machine Operator based in Suwanee, GA. The Embroidery Machine Operator will manage day-to-day operations of embroidery machines, ensure precision and quality in production, and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Key responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring production for consistency, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring finished products meet high-quality standards. Attention to detail and strong communication with the team are vital aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Embroidery Machine Operation
- Ability to perform Quality Control checks and ensure products are finished to meet high standards.
- Familiarity with garments such as hats, polos, jackets, and backpacks.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and meet project requirements.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
