Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Farmington Hills, MI. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance management, and training initiatives. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance evaluation systems, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner, collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with the firm's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in compliance management, policy development, and performance evaluation systems
- Ability to lead training and development programs to promote continuous learning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HR systems, payroll processing, and HR-related software
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role
