Quick Facts & Benefits:
- Location: Cambridge, MA
- Pay Rates: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
- Shifts Available: Day shift currently open- (2-2-3) 6 AM -6PM
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of industry experience or an Associate's Degree

- Stability: This is an "Essential Personnel" position with support provided during inclement weather (including potential lodging and food)
Your Role in the Lab
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be at the heart of our production suite. Your primary focus (80% of your time) will be carrying out manufacturing operations utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Execute activities to support production and perform GMP documentations
- Data Management: Enter data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and MODA.
- Equipment Care: Perform scheduled cleaning and standardization of equipment, and assist in assembly/disassembly.
- Safety First: Carry out work in a safe manner and notify management of any risks.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in tiered visual management systems and support changeover activities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Education: High school diploma with some experience, or an Associate's Degree in Life Sciences/Engineering.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift/push equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Technical Comfort: Basic computer skills and the ability to wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, and
- gowns).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work holidays and overtime as required to meet production demands.
