CNC Programmer / Lead CNC Programmer
Contract Length: 6 or 12 months
Location: Bay Area, California
Working Model: Full-time onsite
Focus: CNC Programming, manufacturing support, process optimisation and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- CNC programming for complex machined components
- Supporting manufacturing and production activities
- Optimising machining processes and cycle times
- Troubleshooting machining and programming issues
- Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering and production teams
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the machine shop environment
Key Experience Required
- Strong CNC programming experience within a manufacturing environment
- 4-axis and 5-axis machining experience
- Experience with multi-axis machining centres
- Hands-on programming and troubleshooting experience
- Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
