We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Houston, Texas. The Corporate Recruiter is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and creating exceptional hiring experiences. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers while helping source and hire top talent that supports the continued growth of Allied Reliability and our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Manager, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across a variety of professional, technical, operational, and skilled trade positions.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Screen and assess candidates to identify the best fit for both the role and organization.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruiting updates.
- Promote Allied Reliability's culture, values, and employment brand throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting effectiveness and operational efficiency.
What We Want You to Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Extra Credit If You Have
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, industrial, or skilled trades environments.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Previous experience in agency staffing or corporate talent acquisition.
