We're looking for a hands-on Logistics & Inventory Operations Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day logistics, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and reporting.
About the Role
You'll manage inbound and outbound shipments (domestic and international), coordinate with freight forwarders/carriers/customs brokers, run daily order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship), and ensure every inventory movement is accurately reflected in our systems. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics operations across inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, and returns/RMAs.
- Manage domestic and international shipments, including booking, tracking, delivery confirmation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate daily with external logistics partners (freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers) and suppliers/vendors.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation: shipping records, invoices, packing lists, and import/export paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal company policies.
- Perform day-to-day picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of orders to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Coordinate warehouse activities and storage organization to support efficient throughput.
- Ensure shipments are correctly reflected in inventory records and systems.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and accuracy across locations.
- Manage receiving: unload, inspect, count, record, label, and store incoming stock; reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Perform regular inventory counts/cycle counts and prepare monthly inventory close reports.
- Track logistics activity end-to-end, including shipments, deliveries, returns, and RMAs.
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks; take corrective action and communicate proactively.
- Develop, document, and improve logistics workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Support procurement and purchasing in coordination with Operations and Finance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain operations (or equivalent).
- Experience managing shipments with carriers and/or freight forwarders; familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation is a plus.
- Strong hands-on fulfillment experience (pick/pack/ship) and receiving best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Comfortable working with inventory/shipping systems (ERP/WMS/shipping tools) and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple workflows and resolve issues quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with import/export compliance and working directly with customs brokers.
- Experience supporting hardware distribution programs (customers, partners, internal deployments).
- Familiarity with cycle counting methodologies and inventory close processes.
- Experience creating SOPs and implementing process improvements in a scaling organization.
Physical / Operational Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to [40–50] lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during fulfillment and receiving.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/shipping environment.
