Technical Manager / Engineering Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

We are looking for a highly technical Senior Technical Manager / Engineering Manager/Fullstack Lead with strong hands-on development expertise. This role requires someone who can actively code, lead engineering teams, review architecture/design, collaborate with offshore teams, and drive end-to-end delivery.
Key Requirements:
? 10–15 years of Software Engineering experience
? Strong Full Stack .net,C# with React
? Hands-on coding and technical leadership experience
? Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
? Expertise with frontend frameworks and backend integrations
? Exposure to AI / Generative AI technologies
? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
