A growing consumer products manufacturer is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for balancing production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand while driving efficiency across the facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules
- Optimize sequencing to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities
- Adjust schedules based on plant conditions and business priorities
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to maintain accurate planning data
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or a high-volume production environment preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
