Akkodis is seeking an Customer Support Manager in Upper Chichester, PA. The position would be direct hire and on-site Mon-Fri. The candidate should have some technical support skills and some lead/managerial experience, ideally with POS systems or tablets.
Salary range: $50-60K
Customer Support Manager job responsibilities include:
- Manager customer support group
- Prioritize issues and assign to team
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and software issues when needed
- Develop and train team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some IT support experience
- Willingness to jump in as needed
- POS and/or tablet support preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
