Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology. Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical areas. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency. Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment. Define and document best practices and support procedures. Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well as occasional weekend Maintenance. Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
